Pilates in Paradise is owned and operated by Christi Allen. Christi is an NAFP certified personal trainer, CHEK Institute certified Nutrition and Lifstyle Coach Level 1, and certified in the Pilates Method by world renowned Romana's Pilates. Christi has 1500+ hours logged studying the method from master teachers all over the world.

Pilates in Paradise is much more than just a pilates studio. It is a place where we unravel and discover what the body needs to be happy and healthy. At Pilates in Paradise, we strive to achieve optimum health and vitality. We all need coaching in areas that we are weakest in. We need physical strength and balance, yes, but we also need our internal organs to be happy and healthy too.

Paying attention to both the inside body and the outside body allows our bodies to move with more energy and ease and reduced pain. Pilates in Paradise is a full service studio offering private instruction as well as Mat, Tower and Reformer classes.
