CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Mat: Learn to breathe, stretch and strengthen
your muscles with flow and ease. The mat work is the "hardest"
of all the classes because there is no assistance from springs.
There is a certain level of understanding, strength and connection
required before entering this class. There is no reason to
sign up and reserve your place because we use no equipment
(apparatus) other than the magic circle. This class is catered
to the participants in the class. The class is 55 minutes.
Tower: This class is for any level, but
you must have experience before taking this class. The tower
class includes the matwork plus the springs. The work of the
springs help give the body resistance which acts as support
to the body. The tower work is a lot of stretching and elongating.
The exercises are taken from Joseph's first apparatus he invented,
The Cadillac. This is many people's favorite class. This class
is 55 minutes. You must reserve your space because there are
only 4 spots.
Reformer: The reformer is a wonderful piece
of apparatus that allows for a lot of bio-mechanical changes.
This is the perfect place to correct your alignment and reform
your body mechanics. The reformer reinforces movement with
grace and ease with the resistance of the springs guiding
and giving assistance. This class is 55 minutes. You must
reserve your spot because there are only 3 spots.
Combo: In this class you'll get a little
of everything! The class will be catered to the participants
using the reformer, tower, mat, and barrels. Each class is
a new surprise! This class is for any level, but you must
have experience before taking this class. Thisclass is 55
