Christi Allen, owner and instructor at Pilates in Paradise, is a Certified Pilates Instructor Level 5 through world renowned Romana’s Pilates. Christi has 1500+ hours of training in the Pilates Method from Master Teachers from all over the country.

Kerri has been a Romana’s Pilates Teacher since 2003 when she completed the Certification Program in NY, where she apprenticed with Joseph Pilates’ protege, Romana Kryzanowska. She is happy to be living in Key Largo, teaching and sharing the Joy of Movement through Nia & Pilates.

Nicole holds several accolades including an NAACP Image award and two certifications as a Pilates instructor. Her passion is helping others anyway she can and sharing Joseph Pilates method of Contrology.

Norma-jean Kelly began a professional dance career in 1993 and toured with dance shows all over the world. In 1999 she gained her Pilates certification by Melinda Bryant at Performing Arts Physical Therapy, Pilates Studio of Los Angeles and moved to NYC to teach and study with some of the most incredible protégé’s of Romana Krysanowksa.In 2010 she gained her Certification with Sari Mejia Santo by Romana Pilates at True Pilates in NYC
