schedule!
A beginner apparatus class (this is a sign up class only due to
limited equipment)
Monday & Wednesday at 9:00am
Tuesday & Thursday at 4:30pm
Intermediate Mat Class (this is a drop in class, no sign up required)
Monday at 4:30
You must have an initial private assessment first.
Mention this flyer and the fee is only $25 (reg price $50)
NEW reduced Class prices are $35 each or 8 classes for $240
